How long are dog walks?
Our walks are a full 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. We want your pet to enjoy the complete time booked.
Do you walk dogs in groups?
Yes, we offer both group and solo walks. Group walks are great for social dogs, while solo walks are ideal for more independent pets.
Can you administer medication?
Yes. With a completed Medication Permission slip, we can safely administer your pet’s required medication.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Absolutely. All of our staff are fully insured and DBS checked to give you peace of mind.
What if the weather is bad?
We walk in most weather conditions. If it’s unsafe (e.g., storms or extreme heat), we’ll adapt the visit to keep your pet safe and comfortable.
Do you provide updates during visits?
Yes! We love sending photos and videos so you can see how much fun your pet is having while in our care.
How do I pay for services?
We accept both cash and bank transfers. Payment is due before services are rendered.
Can I book regular weekly walks?
Of course. Many of our clients schedule recurring walks or visits to keep their pets on a routine.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit to avoid being charged.
